Was born and raised in Thunder Bay Ontario. Became a Christian at 12 years old, when in grade 9. At that time I felt God calling me into full-time ministry. Once I graduated from high school I went into Masters Commission as a student for 2 years, then returned as a staff member as the outreach director for another 2 years.
While in Masters Commission God meet me in such a personal way and began to heal those broken places in my heart. I remember going into Masters Commission this shy, quite and lacking in confidence little girl who believed that God called her to full-time ministry but never believed that I could actually accomplish anything for Him. I graduated from Masters Commission a confident, strong, outgoing, woman of God, who now knew what God had called her to and believed that she had the capable with God to accomplish what He has called me to.
After 2 years of being on staff with Masters Commission I came back home to work at Saalem church which was my home church at the time. I began volunteering and starting up ministries in Thunder Bay. I was home for about 5 years and then God took me on another journey and moved me to Lucan, Ontario to be their part-time Youth Pastor. It was a great experience and in the year that I was gone, God taught me a lot about ministry and about who I was in Him.
Then after a year of being away from home, God called me back to Thunder Bay as the Children & Family Pastor here at Saalem church. I am very thankful for this new chapter in my life and am very excited to see what God is going to do in these up coming years in the lives of the children of Thunder Bay.
